Everyone at Wavehill has an active role in shaping this support. Staff in each office select charities in their local areas, ensuring that our donations reflect what matters most to our team while fostering a culture of responsibility, community connection, and meaningful social impact.

Bristol Energy Co-operative (Bristol)
Bristol Energy Co‑operative works to create and support community‑owned renewable energy projects across Bristol, helping local people take action on climate change while reinvesting benefits back into the community.

“We are hugely grateful for this generous donation, which we will use to continue our mission of building a renewable community-owned power station across Bristol’s roofs. Community energy is a practical, democratic response to the climate crisis. At its heart is the idea that energy should serve the people who use it – not just those who profit from it. Since 2011, BEC has built 25 solar projects, generating enough electricity to power 4,500 homes. We have channelled over £400k to community projects in Bristol and beyond. In an age of energy insecurity and rising cost of living, we are proud to be helping reduce bills and cutting carbon emissions while supporting valuable community work.”
