We’re incredibly pleased to share the news that Wavehill has been certified as a B Corporation (or B Corp).
Wavehill is now part of a growing community of nearly 10,000 businesses globally that have certified as B Corps. The B Corp community in the UK is one of the largest and fastest-growing in the world, with over 2,500 companies spanning a range of different industries and sizes. Examples include The Guardian, Innocent Drinks, Patagonia, The Big Issue, Finisterre, Elemis, and Sipsmith Gin.
Verified by B Lab, the not-for-profit behind the B Corp movement, the achievement demonstrates that Wavehill meets high standards of social and environmental performance, transparency, and accountability alongside a commitment to goals beyond shareholder value. The certification process is rigorous, with companies required to provide evidence on performance while legally embedding their commitment to purpose as well as profit in their company articles.

We see this as another step in our journey and development as a company. Wavehill has been an employee-owned business since 2021, and we also commit 1% of our pre-tax profits each year to support charitable organisations and important causes throughout the UK. By sharing our success in this way, we hope to strengthen the communities around us and make a meaningful difference in the lives of those who need it most.
