Ioan Teifi

I have been working with Wavehill for six years now and, in that time, have progressed from a Junior Research Consultant to one of the team’s senior Consultants. Wavehill is a fantastic place to work and has really driven me to progress my career. I have had lots of opportunities to lead on projects and to get involved in all aspects of the company’s work. We have a fantastic team who are great to work with. I also really value the diversity of projects and clients Wavehill works with across the UK and being able to deliver better programmes that can ultimately improve lives.

As a Welsh speaker from Carmarthenshire, it’s really great to work for a company with a strong Welsh identity. I really value being able to get involved in the work we do to support Wales’s main institutions.
